NONA'S RICOTTA PIE

Makes: 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients:

1 container (48 oz.) MAGGIO® Ricotta Cheese
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or anise
1 cup cooked pastina
1 greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan and bake for two hours or until top is firm. Allow to cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Optional– top with fruit, powdered sugar, or nuts.
